Description
Local and hand-reared in the traditional way, these turkeys are allowed to grow naturally and slowly to full maturity, fed on a diet of natural cereal and protein. They are free to roam in grassy paddocks and fields, then dry-plucked and hung for flavour. Plump and moist, these turkeys are fit for a king on Christmas Day.
