With a certified Gluten analysis of less than 10mg/kg. A strict analysis test carried out by RSSL, one of a few select laboratories to be accredited to coeliac uk. Storage - Remove from packaging and consume within 4 days. Suitable for home freezing. No preservatives, flavour enhancers or colourings.
