Overview
Ideal when served hot with mash, gravy and roasted vegetables. Can also be cooked and sliced for a delicious sandwich filling or served with salad. Preheat oven and roast for approximately 1hr 15 mins at gas mark 4 or 180c. Self basting to keep the meat moist and tender. Hand made with a minimum 80% shoulder of pork, sage and seasonings. A strict analysis test carried out by RSSL, one of a few select laboratories to be accredited to coeliac uk. Remove from packaging and consume within 4 days. Suitable for home freezing. No preservatives, flavour enhancers or colourings.
