Traditional Lincolnshire sausage, made to our famous Boston sausage secret recipe, with a minimum of 75% pork, sage and seasonings. Approximately 12 – 14 sausages per kg. With a certified Gluten analysis of less than 10mg/kg. A strict analysis test carried out by RSSL, one of a few select laboratories to be accredited to coeliac uk. Storage - Remove from bag and consume within 4 days. Suitable for home freezing.No preservatives, flavour enhancers or colourings.
