Made to the famous Boston sausage recipe and recommended by many coeliacs throughout the country, our products are hand made using only the finest natural ingredients. Gluten free sausage, chipolatas, sausage meat, burgers and haslets are all suitable for people with Coeliac disease. A certified gluten analysis test conducted by RSSL (one of a few scientific labaoratories affliliated to Coeliac Uk) certified results of less than 10mg/kg.
