Crop of Pork Joint (Rindless)

Succulent and tasty. A great alternative to traditional pork joints. Can be wrapped in bacon and roasted in the oven for a fantastic Sunday roast. Storage – remove from packaging and consume within 4 days. Suitable for home freezing.

Two tender pork fillets stuffed with Boston sausage meat and coated in a sea salt and lampong pepper marinade. Roast in the oven for approx 40 minutes. Tender and juicy. Serves 2.

Fresh Blood Black Pudding

We believe we have East Anglia’s only fresh blood black pudding (please tell us if we’re wrong) made by the Fruit Pig Butchery in Wisbech . Price per pack, 4 slices. Average pack weight 200g-220g.

Fresh, local pigs’ blood, British free-range pork fat, British OATS and BARLEY, onions, salt, spices.

There is no wheat, maize, dairy, chilli, nitrate or sulphite in Fruit Pig black pudding.

Ingredient salt contains E535 anti-caking agent.
