All of our sausage products are made using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, handmade and filled into natural casings, free from preservatives, additives, colourings and flavour enhancers.
The pork used, is British farm assured and sourced from BQAP approved producers. 'Outdoor reared' means the pigs were reared outside for around half their lives. During this time they won't necessarily have access to pasture, but will be kept in an outside pen. Throughout their lives they will have access to plenty of straw bedding. It also means the sows are not confined in sow stalls or farrowing crates and are kept free-range.

Ideal when served hot with mash, gravy and roasted vegetables. Pre heat oven and roast for approximately 1hr 15 mins at gas mark 4 or 180c. Self basting to keep the meat moist and tender. Remove from packaging and consume within 4 days. Suitable for home freezing.
Short crust pastry cases, filled with our delicious Boston Sausage Meat and covered with a lattice top. Recipe idea – Brush with egg, roast for 45 – 50mins at gas mark 6 (180c) and serve with mash, gravy and seasonal veg. Serves 2-3.
An alternative to the famous Boston Sausage. We split the sausage down the middle, then stuff with cheddar cheese and wrap in streaky bacon. A light herby sauce is then used to coat the delightful meat. Place in a hot oven and roast for approximately 20 minutes.
