A locally sourced Pork crop shoulder joint marinated in sticky BBQ sauce and placed in a cooking bag. This will leave your guests begging you how you cooked this.
1kg joint will serve approximately 5 people
Place bag on an oven tray and bake in the bag for 4hrs at 150c. Remove tray from the oven, open the bag and pour the meat juices into a bowl.
Tear the pulled pork up and pour the meat juices back over the meat. Serve immediately.
