Made using gluten free Boston sausage meat. Ideal when served hot with mash, gravy and roasted vegetables. Can also be cooked and sliced for a delicious sandwich filling or served with salad. Preheat oven and roast for approximately 1hr 15 mins at gas mark 4 or 180c. Self basting to keep the meat moist and tender. With a certified Gluten analysis of less than 10mg/kg. A strict analysis test carried out by RSSL, one of a few select laboratories to be accredited to coeliac uk. Remove from packaging and consume within 4 days. Suitable for home freezing. No preservatives, flavour enhancers or colourings.

To ensure maximum freshness our products are packaged in polystyrene boxes using reusable dry ice. This ensures the products remain cool throughout delivery.
For most parts of mainland UK*, we offer a courier delivery service every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Minimum order for delivery is £30.
*We charge a flat rate of £5.95 for a tracked delivery with APC and £2.95 for local deliveries *PE21 & PE20 postcodes.
*Please note we are unable to deliver to the Highlands and Scottish Isles.
